Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CUSPN7 - No more utensils stored inappropriately in hard to clean areas. - Paper towel were made available for the front of house handwash sink - operator will be installing a paper towel dispenser at the front handwash station - excellent. - Operator has completed FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent course - expires August 20, 2028. - The interior of the dish machine and hot water faucet are noted in a sanitary condition. - The floor in the dry storage area is noted in a better cleanliness condition, however some mouse droppings are still noted. Please move all the stainless steel racks and clean under the racks for any droppings. Remember to sanitize the area to remove any smell of droppings as well. Outstanding violation that still needs to be addressed: - Bowl still used as dispenser in a bulk broth container. Remove this bowl and change to a dispenser that has an actual handle. This will be verified on the next routine inspection. Please address as any repeated violation may lead to increase enforcement actions.
