Glass door cooler temp registered at 3C
Back small freezer temperature registered at -19C
Back large freezer (see above High temperature dish washer (near front) temperature registered at 71C at final rinse cycle.
High temperature dish washer (near back ) temperatures registered at 72.8C
Sanitizer spray bottle registered at 200 ppm QUATS
Alternative: Use unscented bleach and water mixture for sanitizer. 1/2 teaspoon of unscented bleach mixed with 1 litre water
General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
