Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Smoothie cooler was at 8C.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods must be stored below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. Smoothie mixes were moved to a functioning cooler at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink was less than 200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer at 200ppm is required for proper sanitizing of equipment and utensils. Quats dispenser water pressure was too low resulting in the sanitizer feeding improperly. Run the dispenser until the foam comes out before the filling the sink. Sink was filled with 200ppm Quats sanitizer at the time of inspection.

Observation: 1) Smoothie cooler was at 8C.
2) Water pressure at the 3-compartment sink was low, resulting in low amounts of Quats being dispensed at the 3-compartment sink,
Corrective Action(s): 1) Service or adjust smoothie cooler and ensure it can maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis.
2) Adjust the water pressure to ensure the sanitizer dispenser is functioning properly.

-Front prep cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy hopper and soft serve hoppers were both below 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Eggs and sauces stored at room temperature are time tracked.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Ice scoops stored in a sanitary manner. Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 29, 2026.
