A routine inspection was completed the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -20C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets and spray bottles had 200ppm strength. Sanitizer time stamped, so staff know when to change it with new solution. - High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle of 75.5C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer. - A foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; food stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, in cupboards or on platforms. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - All surfaces are in good working order; smooth; durable; sealed; and cleanable. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - All in order.
