Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 50ppm.
-Low concentration of sanitizer will not be able to effectively sanitize surfaces which will allow harmful microbes to grow.
Corrective Action(s): Staff fixed the Quats dispenser and refilled the spray bottle with 200ppm Quats.
