Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezer at -18 degrees C or less
- Hot holding internal temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Cold holding units equipped with thermometers accurate to 1 degree C.
- Food is covered, dated, and stored off the floor
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm in labeled spray bottles and from dispensing unit at three compartment sink. Quats test strips available.
- Equipment is maintained in sanitary condition.
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 51 degrees C and 50 ppm chlorine at utensil surface. Chlorine test strips available.
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Employees exhibit good personal hygiene. Clean clothing is worn and hair is secured.
- Temperature and sanitation records reviewed and up-to-date. Dishwasher sanitizer checks are being included in records.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
- Permit to be posted in view of customers once received.
