Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water and liquid soap.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Hot hold units were holding food hot at above 60.0C.
All sanitizer containers noted throughout the prep area were measured at 400 PPM QUAT - including from the wall mounted dispenser.
Savory products on display were noted with appropriate time tracking.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 73.4C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Interior of the ice machine and ice bin noted sanitary.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
General sanitation and organization satisfactory.
Supervisor has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - verified during the inspection.
