Corrective Action(s): Staff need to do a better job of cleaning and sanitizing hard to reach areas e.g. behind and around equipment. Pest control company is still on contract. Violation Score: 9 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Pan washer in the Bakery is leaking. A work order has been put in for it (copy of work order provided during inspection). Corrective Action(s): Until the pot washer is fixed, use the 3-compartment method of dishwashing as discussed.
