Coolers are at 4 C or colder. Freezers are at - 18 C or colder. No evidence of pests. Hand washing sink and staff washroom sink are equipped with liquid soap, paper towels in dispensers, and hot/cold water. A two compartment sink is also available in the back storage room. Chlorine bleach is used to sanitize surfaces and the bulk candy bins (1. wash with soap and warm water 2. Rinse with water 3. Sanitize using 1 tsp bleach in 1 litre of water 4. Air dry). This is a non-permitted Food Store (no food preparation permitted). Ice cream is pre-packaged. Dates on foods checked - watch dates.
