Comments

There is a new resident who has moved into the facility last week. This brings the number of residents to 3, putting it into compliance with licensing requirements. The presence of the new resident nullifies the exemption to CCALA s. 10(a)(b).
The policies and procedures are consistent throughought CLS and were therefore not reviewed at today's inspection.
This facility is clean and appears well organized. The residents were observed interacting with the staff in a calm and quiet manner. All residents rooms are personalized with accessories to their individual taste.
It was a pleasure to inspect this facility. Thank you to the staff and residents for their assistance with this inspection.
