Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed uncooked, frozen meat stored in a 'frozen food' freezer at front. The product was not wrapped nor covered and was just sitting on the shelf. All foods must be adequately covered and protected from contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to provide an adequate cover/wrap to protect food from contamination. Staff corrected the issue at the time of inspection

Three compartment sink used for manual ware washing; bleach available for sanitization
Bleach sanitizer available; detected 100 ppm of residual chlorine. Bottle in the back did not have residual chlorine in it. Please ensure to replace the one in the back.
All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower
*One of the walk-in cooler is not at 4 C or lower but not being used to store cold PHFs.
Rotisserie chicken oven not turned on at the time of inspection
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
