Observation: 1 light fixture above the dry storage area across from the dishwashing area was missing a light shield.
As per Manager, light shield has been on order.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the missing light shield over the light fixture as soon as it arrives to protect any food contact items that are stored below it in case of an accidental light bulb breakage/ burst.

Observation: Buildup/ debris noted on the dish sink sprayer head by the dish washing machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the disk sink sprayer head by the dish washin machine.
Ensure this equipment is included in your sanitation plan and maintain it's cleanliness after washing.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations were all accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Note: The hand dryer in the women's washroom for patrons is currently out of order. As per Manager, this washroom is locked and informed to client if asked to use this washroom. Will direct client to the handicap washroom instead.
QUAT sanitizer buckets available in the food preparation area. All noted with 200 PPM QUAT.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
Freezer unit was at ≤ -18C.
All food stored in the proper storage hierarchy, protected and off the floor.
All hot hold units were noted above 60C.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 78.4C at the plate level during the inspection.
General sanitation noted satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities at the time of inspection.
Manager's (on-site at the time of inspection) FOODSAFE level 1 verified - expires 2024-09-05.
