Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cutting board is sanitized at the end of the shift, found a couple dirty containers stored under shelving units.
Corrective Action(s): Must ensure to sanitize all equipment and surfaces every 4 hours if in continual use.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Must ensure all food is properly covered when put away with food grade lids.
2. Ensure plastic lids for containers are properly secured
3. All food equipment and contact surfaces (i.e. cutting boards) should be stored 6" off the floor

- all deep freezers were -18C or colder
- Hot holding was 60C or hotter.
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottle and bucket with wiping rags had 200 ppm chlorine NOTE: 1/2 tsp bleach per litre water
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- Operator correctly demonstrated manual dishwashing.
