Handwashing sink: hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel Rice hot holding at greater than 60C High temperature dishwasher at 71C at the plate. bleach and water solution, bucket around 200ppm three compartment sink on site - reviewed method with operator soup hot holding at 79C Food is stored off the floor. Good storage practices. General sanitation, satisfactory No signs of pests during inspection. Permit posted, visible location. Front of house: drink cooler at 4C under counter cooler with inserts at 4C One cooler - not being used as a cooler, off, used for dry storage Back of house: Standing freezer -18C Cooler (x2) 4C Under counter cooler with inserts at 4C Send copy of FOODSAFE Level 1 to district EHO.
