Routine inspection conducted: - Handashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. - Ice machine satisfactory. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. NOTE: Ensure to add 1/2-1tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare correct concentration of sanitizer. - Professional pest control company contracted for a weekly visit (Orkin).
