Observation: Cleaning required under and around the 3 roller coolers/freezers lots of food debris under them. Also the fronts and hands are very dirty and sticky.
Corrective Action(s): Add cleaning under the rooling coolers to your cleaning routine to ensure it gets done as this was a problem area last inspection.
