Observation: - Rodent droppings observed in the following area:
- Barista area along back wall.
- Barista area along floor/ wall edges under coolers and counters in cold brew area.
- Along wall in storage room (wall between storage room and barista area).
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings from the above noted areas and thoroughly clean.
- Sanitize affected areas with 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water).

- Premises has monthly pest control services. Additional services available upon request.
- Premises has been notified by pest control technician of potential entry points along plumbing fixtures and wall between storage room and barista area.

Observation: - The following areas require cleaning:
- Food debris and dirt accumulation under storage room coolers and freezers.
- Moisture and food debris accumulation around dishwasher and under equipment storage shelf beside dishwasher.
- Moisture, mouse droppings, and dirt debris under barista equipment (especially floor/ wall edges).
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean above noted areas and all other surfaces and hard to reach areas.
- Sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings with 100-200 pm chlorine bleach solution. (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water).

- General cleaning schedule reviewed with shift supervisor. Cleaning frequency appears satisfactory; however, ensure that hard to reach areas (e.g. floor/ wall edges, under and behind equipment) are thoroughly cleaned when scheduled.

- Food storage practices appear satisfactory.Large plastic totes with tight fitting lids are used to store opened products after closing to prevent potential pest attraction.
- Interior of ice storage bin and ice machine appear maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Ice buckets are hung and stored in a sanitary manner.
- 200 ppm QUATS available from dispenser. QUATS test papers available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm QUATS.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 78.1C at dish surface. Rinse Temperature Gauge Reading: 83C
- General sanitation of premises (unless otherwise mentioned) appears satisfactory.
