Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at - 18'C.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
- Bar glasswasher achieved minimum level of iodine (>12.5ppm) at final rinse.
- Pop gun/holder in sanitary condition.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Traps in place.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop satisfactory.
- Foods delivered from approved sources.

NOTE: Remove cardboards on floor of the walk-in cooler. Obtain rubber mats.

General maintenance and sanitation level had improved from the previous inspection. However, sanitation level can still be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas (i.e. floors under large kitchen equipment) on a more regular basis. No signature required due to Covid-19.
