- Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels (1 at front, 2 in back, and staff washroom)
- Coolers at or below 4C
- Freezers at or below -18C
- Hot holding is above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory (6" off the floor, covered, food monitored with expiry stickers)
- Quats sanitizer measured at 200ppm at dispenser above 3 compartment sink and in sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths at each station.
- No signs of pest infestation
- Pest control company contracted, no activity noted in premise.
- General sanitation and maintenance is good. (Note: The area under freezers)
- Vent hood serviced in March 2024.
