Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water throughout.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer below required temperature of -18'C
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.8'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-General food storage practice very good throughout.
-Drink dispensing guns at the bar in sanitary condition.
-Equipment/tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted for regular visits. Reports kept on site.

NOTE: Few old droppings observed in the corner behind boiler/rice bin. Remove and monitor.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good. Keep it up!
