-Follow-up inspection to November 14, 2019. -Chemical dishwasher has been serviced and had a final rinse of 50ppm to 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum 50ppm required for proper sanitizing). Operator has obtained chlorine test strips to verify the chlorine concentration on a daily basis. -Upright cooler compressor gas was added and the fan area was cleaned. Cooler was at 4C. Monitor cooler unit and service as needed. -Walk-in cooler switch was being installed to turn off the fan to prevent ice build-up. -Foods in the dry storage area stored off the ground. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
