Note: The cook's FoodSafe Level 1 certificate expires on August 4, 2023. Ensure that it is renewed, as discussed. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine. No evidence of pests. Ice wand available for use in the freezer. General sanitation was satisfactory.
