Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # LQUN-CS6SNP of May-25-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: The low temperature dishwasher has [Cl2] of 0ppm during the rinse cycle, and no soap during the wash cycle as the buckets were empty. A new bucket of dishwashing soap was installed, but there is no extra bucket of sanitizer on-site. Dishes are not being sanitized in the dishwasher. Correction: Immediately purchase more sanitizer for the dishwasher. Until the sanitizer arrives, dishes shall be manually sanitized by soaking sanitizer (add 2 Tbsp bleach to 8 Litres of hot water) in the 2-comp dishwashing sink, OR stop using the dishwasher and stack up the dirty dishes until dishwasher sanitizer arrives. During the inspection, the owner stated that he will purchase a bucket of sanitizer and bring it to the premises within 1 hour. **Correction date: Today** Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # LQUN-CS6SNP of May-25-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: The soap dispenser is broken at the handwashing sink in the front buffet service area. Staff are unable to properly wash their hands prior to dispensing food. At time of inspection, the buffet was not in operation. Correction: Immediately replace the broken soap dispenser with a working one and mount it on the wall, or place a hand pump soap dispenser at the hand sink. **Correction date: Today**

A follow-up inspection was completed: - Dishwasher had [Cl2] of 50ppm during the rinse cycle. Dishes are being sanitized and staff can use the dishwasher to wash and sanitize dishes. No manually sanitzing step is required. - A full liquid soap dispenser was placed at the front, buffet service area. Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Protective plastic has been removed from the plexiglass divider. - Owner is in the process of paying the yearly permit fees today.
