Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 5 jalapeno and 4 cheese savoury pastries observed to be stored on display at room temperature without time tracking sticker. Staff informed it was last made at 5:00am. Pastry products cannot be differentiated as to what time was each pastry savoury products was made. According to food safety plan, savoury products shelf life is 8 hours at room temperature after which must be discarded. At the time of inspection, 8.5 hours had alapsed.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aformentioned items. Ensure time sticker is available on the line to time track savoury products. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 and a half boxes of eggs observed to be stored in the stand-up cooler measured between 10.8C-11.7C internal temperature. Shipment of eggs was received on June 25, 2023. Carton of almond milk stored in the stand-up cooler measured at 21.9C internal temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the aformentioned items. All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4C or lower.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Built-up of debris observed underneath the take-out container shelving rack.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Ensure hard to reach areas are cleaned to prevent further build-up of debris.

Observation: Stand-up cooler measured at 17.9C air ambient temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Service the stand-up cooler to measure at 4C or lower. Do not store cold potentially hazardous foods in the stand-up cooler until it is able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Temporary use the gas station walk-in cooler to hold cold potentially hazardous foods. Corrected by: June 27, 2023 as per manager.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs dispenser and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual ware washing.
Prep cooler, milk & coffee dispenser, and undercounter cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized.
