Follow up inspection to report #F230876. -All covers measured at <or =4C. -All light bulbs are plastic. No shattering issues. -A work table has been placed directly behind the 3-compartment sink to be used as a drain board. -Door sweeps have been ordered the seal the gap on the bottom of the back door and gate. Health approval has been granted at the them of the inspection. This approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies.
