Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs santizer bottles at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Bulk bleach and QUATs solution available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76.4C final rinse.
Prep coolers, walk-in cooler, and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
No signs of pests observed.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored outside of the ice machine. Exhaust hood filters, meat slicer observed to be in satisfactory condition. Underneath hard to reach areas observed to be in satisfactory condition.

Violations in previous report#KLAI-D9AQ82 have been addressed.
-Hole sealled on wall junction near the back door.
-Coolers serviced.
-No wiping cloths observed to be used to cover food.

NOTE: Ensure underneath the meat slicer guard and blade are adequately cleaned and sanitized to be dissembled. Ensure that exhaust hood filters are cleaned on a regular basis based on operation.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
