Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C, including the two back walk in coolers. All freezers were < -18 C, including the two back walk-in freezers. Quats sanitizer was measured at 200 ppm. A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review. Door sweeps were recently installed on the back door. Discussed integrated pest management with the Assistant Store Manager. General sanitation was satisfactory.
