Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in the pot sink area not stocked with liquid soap and paper towel (dispensers empty).

Routine inspection conducted today -
- Handwash stations (except for the station in the pot room) were accessible, designated, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- 200 PPM QUAT sanitizer detected in the sanitizer bucket on the work station.
- High temperature dish machine measured at 71.0 C at the plate level during the final rinse. Please allow the dish machine to run a few empty cycles before use to ensure it has adequate time to reach the required sanitizing temperature before use.
- Ice machine noted cleaned.
- Premises noted cleaned and sanitary with no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
- No dented cans in the dry storage area.
- All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Manager's FOODSAFE Level 1 verified - expire August 31, 2024.
- Valid operating permit posted.

Temperatures -
- Walk-in cooler #1: 3.2 C
- Walk-in cooler #2: 2.6 C
- Walk-in freezer: Temperature satisfactory.
- Upright freezer: Temperature satisfactory.
- 5 serveries' refrigerator units: ≤ 4.0 C

Note: 5 of the 6 serveries currently in operation during the audit. One temporarily closed off due to COVID-19 pandemic.
