Observation: Accumulation of dust, cobwebs and spilt food found on shelves in the dry storage room. This will attract pests.
Corrective Action(s): A thorough cleaning of the dry storage room, from top to bottom is required. Remove all items off the shelves prior to cleaning them.

Observation: The wood chopping table, in the front service area is cracked. It is not sealed or cleanable, this will attract pests.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the wood chipping table with a different table to place the plastic cutting board on. The table must be durable, smooth, level, sealed, and cleanable.

A follow-up inspection completed:
- A thorough cleaning of the whole premises was done. All food debris, grease, food stains, and dust have been removed. Great job.
- Treatment by a professional pest company for cockroaches was completed on Mar. 8/23. Reviewed report.
- No signs of cockroaches found during the inspection.
- The walk-in-cooler has been thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. The metal racks have all been cleaned, and so have the walls and floors.
- All exterior surfaces of equipment and food containers have been cleaned. Legs and undersides of equipment and sinks have been cleaned. All shelves and wire racks have been cleaned.
- Garbage bags are no longer being used to over or store food in.
- All actions contained in the closure order have been completed.
- Closure order has been rescinded.
- Premises can open and operate.
