=Walk-in cooler (2C), pizza cooler (2C), 3 door freezer (-20C), and white upright freezer (-21C) measured within acceptable limits
=Sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm QUATS in spray bottles
=Pizzas monitored with a 2 hour time limit, expiry time noted on pizza labels
=Manual warewashing method reviewed with operator, sink plugs available for 3 compartment sink
=No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection, general sanitation of the facility was satisfactory at the time of inspection
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection. Operator FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent verified to be valid to April 2028
=Permit was not posted at the time of inspection, operator to post permit in conspicuous location

note: walk-in cooler observed to have pooling water inside. Operator has indicated that technician has visited the facility once already and will return to repair the unit.
