Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CKARZU) - High temp mechanical dishwasher has been repaired. The rinse cycle temperature at display gauge was recorded at 186F and on dish surface, 74.5C. - Satisfactory - Pest Control Company is scheduled for routine check on Monday. - Person Incharge stated that regular monitoring is conducted for any new rodent activity and droppings are removed at the end of the day. Good. - Back door was closed at the time of inspection. Thank you for your cooperation.
