Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottles had rinse aid inside them instead of sanitizer.
Sanitizer solution is needed to adequately sanitize food contact surfaces
Prepare 200-400ppm quat sanitizer solution by diluting according to manufacturer's instructions

All hand sinks must be stocked with soap, paper towels , and hot/cold running water so employees may adequately wash their hands.

Observation: Beneath prep table there is build up of dirt and food debris. This is unsanitary and may lead to hearbouring of pests. Clean the mentioned area and do it more frequently to avoid build up.

Observation: Quat sanitizer dispenser is not dispensing adequate concentration needed (200-400ppm).
The wall dispenser must be used to dispense 200-400ppm Quat solution. The bottle dispenser is only dispensing 50-100ppm Quat sanitizer (200-400ppm)

- High temp dishwasher reached an adequate temp. of 71c on plate surface for final rinse cycle.

- FIFO rules being followed, adequate storage practices
- Stored foods marked with expiry date
- No sign of pests
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
