Routine inspection:

Observed samosas being offered for sale from hot holding case at front counter. As per operator samosas are received frozen from restaurant and reheated in the hot holding case or at home. Discontinue this practice immediately. Samosas are to be received or delivered hot and hot held in case at or above 60 degrees C. Contact your district environmental health officer on requirements to sell hot ready to eat samosas.
