Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-BEJVKY -Both sandwich prep coolers serviced - compressors, gas and controllers replaced Left cooler: 8 C - Not in use Right cooler: 4 C (slight frosting noted on edges of cooler unit) **All food has been re-organized into smaller inserts and placed in the right sandwich cooler -Cooler technician will be back again later today to provide additional service to the left cooler. **Contact FHA with an update once the service is completed **Correction Order still in place for cooler repair **Operator is instructed to monitor temperatures for both coolers every 2 hours and record it in a log for review by FHA next inspection **Premises is able to operate with one prep cooler and support cooler units
