Correction: Ensure prior to leaving for the night all food contact surfaces are properly washed and sanitized. As facility has severe rodent infestation any food debris must be cleaned before leaving for the night.

Follow up: Closure Order issued to facility on May 30, 2019. CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Food preparation areas cleaned and sanitized
- Holes have been sealed
- Most areas contaminated by rodent droppings have been cleaned

ITEMS TO CORRECT:
- Storage room floor has had some cleaning however droppings remain in difficult to reach areas. These areas must be completely cleaned and sanitized
- Front cupboard underneath microwave needs to be cleaned and sanitized both inside and doors
- One cupboard in food preparation area was missed last night. Rodent droppings remain. Clean and sanitize this area prior to start of food preparation today
- Back closet requires cleaning and organizing. Remove any items that are not needed for business. Check area for holes.
