Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bean sprouts was stored under room temperature with an internal temperature of 12C. It was observed the ice bath was not enough to cover the bean sprouts.
Corrective Action(s): Add more ice into the ice bath container. During lunch rush, bean sprouts must be kept on ice properly if kept under ambient room temperature.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottle at front serving area was measured with 0 ppm bleach. Staff stated it was mixed with a detergent in the bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Do not mix bleach sanitizer with other chemicals. Staff discarded the solution in the bottle and refilled it with 200 ppm bleach sanitizer. Clean and sanitize the front area food contact surfaces.
