304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: - Rodent nesting materials are observed in the following areas: Left corner of the dining bench facing the window, behind the cooler units facing the dining hallway, next to the grease trap - Rodent droppings observed throughout. Corrective Action(s): - Remove all sealant foams that are old & breaking down behind the coolers and around the grease trap & underneath the sink, left corner by the window . Clean and sanitize these areas. - Refill the gaps with sealant and/or block any holes. - Hire a professional pest control company to assess the rodent infestation at the premises.
