Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and clean area.

- Store all items at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground to facilitate cleaning and pest monitoring.
- Ensure that all areas are accessible for pest control service.
- Remove clutter/ old boxes to prevent potential harbourage areas.
- Continue to monitor for pest activity.

- Premises not open to the public at time of inspection.

- Handsinks provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Refrigeration equipment in use are operating at acceptable temperatures (≤4 deg C).
- Freezers are operating at -15 deg C to -29 deg C and maintaining products in a frozen state.
- Chlorine Bleach available to make 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water).
- Chlorine test strips available to verify sanitizing solution.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 83.6 deg C at dish surface (min/ max thermometer).
- General sanitation unless otherwise mentioned appears satisfactory.
- FOODSAFE requirements satisfied at time of inspection.

Note: Operator advised that renovations are scheduled for 2021. Floorplans for proposed renovations must be submitted to Fraser Health for Review. Written Approval from Fraser Health is required before any renovations take place.
