Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:
- Handwash station at two compartment sink and in staff washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 79 C during final rinse cycle at dish level
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available in spray bottle and in bucket, measured at 100ppm chlorine concentration
- All coolers - sandwich prep cooler, upright storage cooler, drinks cooler - are all measured at less than 4C
- Two chest freezers are measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding of rice and soups at greater than 60C
- No evidence of pest activity is noted.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- FOODSAFE level 1 valid until May 19 2023
