Routine Inspection Conducted
-* Note: most meals are catered for this facility. Minimal food preparation occurring in this kitchen (e.g. sandwich preparation and reheating)

Observations:
- General sanitation excellent during inspection
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher at 76'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle (X1) measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Bleach available on site for food contact surface sanitizing
**Reminder to prepare bleach at a concentration of 100-200 ppm chlorine concentration by mixing 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water
- Walk-in cooler at 4'C
- Stand-up freezer at 19'C
- No hot-holding on site
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
