Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back receiving door observed open and boxes observed blocking the door during inspection. Staff closed the door and removed the boxes off the floor during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Keep all doors and windows closed at all times (other than receiving) to prevent potential pest entry on site. Ensure to remove garbage and recycling off site frequently to prevent clutter and to ensure easy accessibility for cleaning and sanitizing floors.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Preparation and sandwich coolers at or below 3'C
- Hot-holding unit measured at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 82'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs with QUATs sanitizer
- QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition
- Pest control company is contracted for monthly inspections
- Permit visible at front service area
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Staff washroom observed in sanitary condition
