Follow up to report MBEK-CXYRVE. - Grill cooler drawers at 1 to 3 degrees C. It was stated that thermometer has been ordered but has not yet arrived. Grill cooler has been serviced, however, a part has been ordered and is scheduled to be installed in two weeks. Cooler maintaining 4 degrees C or less at time of inspection. - Two-door under counter cooler is off at time of inspection and not in use (empty). - A few droppings were again observed in the cupboard noted on the previous report. Area was cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Ensure potential pest access points (e.g. holes/gaps) are properly sealed against pest entry. - It was stated that liquid may potentially accumulate below three compartment sink after floor cleaning. Ensure this area is cleaned as needed to prevent accumulation of liquid.
