Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot holding was > 60 C. Temperature records up to date. No evidence of pests, pest control report viewed during the inspection. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Quats solution was at 200 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
