-Prep line coolers were at or below 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Cold holding units equipped with accurate thermometers. Temperatures checked and recoded daily. If temperatures exceed critical limits, ensure staff recheck temperatures and carry out corrective actions as needed.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Blender container washed and sanitized with 200ppm bleach spray after each use.
-Sanitizer spray bottles available in each preparation area, labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Scoops stored in water and changed within 2 hours.
-Ice machine clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
