Observation: Screen on the back door has a gap on the side which may allow for pests to enter the premises.

A pest control company is here monthly and traps are in place. Invoices viewed onsite.
Food is stored in pest proof containers.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach was at 100 ppm.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse cycle reached 73 C at the plate level.
