Observation: The light bulb in the walk-in-cooler still lacked a shatterproof cover. The operator is away on vacation for about two weeks according to staff.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that you place a shatterproof cover over the light bulb in the walk-in-cooler by Dec 3, 2016 (1 months time). Contact the area E.H.O. for an update as soon as possible.

Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsink.
Hot-held food and rice was 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.
Walk-in-cooler and drinks cooler were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less.
Chest freezer was -18 degrees C or less.
Temperature records were being maintained.
100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths.
Take-out only.
Note: Minor cleaning of the floor in the corner near the walk-in-cooler (next to the mechanical trap) is needed.
