-sanitizer in bleach bottle at 200ppm chlorine - re-labelled at time of inspection
-discussed manual dishwashing procedures
-coolers at 4C or less
***start using a temperature log sheet to check coolers twice daily
-storage of food in walk in cooler and prep coolers is good
-freezers at -18C or less
-rice and food in front buffet serving unit at 60C or greater
-manager informed that food is generally not in the hot holding unit for more than 30 mins, leftover hot food at the end of the day is discarded
-no signs of pests
