The new food sorting & packaging area/room is now complete & ready to use. the room was constructed as per approved plans Packaging room is approved for use subject to the following (1) install vinyl baseboards or seal the floor wall junctions (2) paint the raw wooden shelves with white glossy paint to provide washable finish (3) Clean & sanitize the sinks & remove any mops & mop buckets from the packaging room (4) Install weather stripping underneath the sliding door Follow up Inspection to assess mice infestation Significant improvement noticed re: siting of mice droppings. Continue trapping & periodic cleaning to remove any old mice droppings (1) use bleach mop on the floor after removing mice droppings (2) Ensure no food & water is accessible to mice overnight (3) Repair or patch any cracks or holes
