Observation: Found food being prepared in the back storage area (i.e. dough mixer and meat slicer).
Correction: Cease all food handling in the back storage area immediately as there is no hand washing available.
All food preparation must be done inside the kitchen area.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Found meat slicer to have a build up of food debris behind the blade at the top and under the blade.
Correction: Do not use slicer until the unit has been properly washed and sanitized.
A deep and thorough cleaning of the entire slicer is required to remove all meat and grease from the entire unit.
