Comments

Discussions were had around: logging minor incidents including when children become ill while in care. The manager stated that the facility will be painted inside over the summer where needed.

The facility has many displays of child centered art, creative exploration and learning stories, photographs. The facility actively engages in Reggio inspired programming and a natural approach to materials and decor. The outside play space has many opportunities for children's exploration and has a strong focus on active play.

The staff were seen to use positive language in guiding children, respond to their needs immediately and appropriately, intervene to assist with problem solving and guide pro social behaviors. There is evidence of on-going monitoring to ensure compliance to the legislation.

Thank you for your assistance with this inspection.
